Smart is the leading telco in Cambodia. Brains Communication was hired to refresh their digital communication and to improve the community management of their page.
The growth of a large fan base with a steady engagement was the target, and we created a strategy to improve Instagram engagement to make Smart the telco leader on this platform.
We grew the Facebook fan base from1 million fans to 2.5 millions fans over a period of 18 months, and developed a strategy with Smart to create innovative content with 3–5 posts per day, resulting in significantly higher engagement. Our dedicated community management team answers more than 600 messages and comments a day with an average reaction time of 5 min – 365 days a year.
We designed and built the first music-streaming platform for desktops in Cambodia. For the launch we created a TVC that would be used online and on TV.
Workingwith Smart Music talents, we created a video that had tremendous success.
Smart Music wanted to ensure that their original artists have a great presence online. We help Smart to showcase interviews, unplugged concerts and other forms of video and ensured they received the buzz they deserved.
